Home My WebLink AboutO-1477 - Amends Sec. 16.28.010; repeals Sec. 16.28.030, mechanical code (16.28)CIT Y 0 F MAR Y S V ILL E Marysville,Washington ORDINANCE NO.1l.-1?7 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE ADOPTING THE 1985 EDITION OF THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE BY REFERENCE,AMENDING SECTION 16.28.010 OF THE MARYSVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE AND REPEALING SECTION 16.28.030 OF SAID CODE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.Section 16.28.010 of the Marysville Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide as follows: Adoption by Reference.A certain document,not less than one copy of which is filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Marysville,being marked and designated as the Uniform Mechanical Code,1985 Edition,including the Appendices thereto,published by the International Conference of Building Officials,is adopted as the mechanical code of the City of Marysville for regulating the installation and maintenance of heating,ventilating,cooling and refrigeration systems,providing for the issuance of permits and the collection of fees therefor,and providing penalties for the violation thereof.Each and all of the regulations,provisions, penalties,conditions and terms of said code are incorporated and made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein.
