WHEREAS,Ronald Struthers,Rick Brown and Robert Hayes are the owners of approximately 3.67 acres of real property located on the south side of 64th Street N.E.,at 57th Drive N.E.,and immediately west of Glenwood Mobile Estates,said property being legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto;and WHEREAS,said property was annexed into the City of Marys- ville on May 11,1987 by the enactment of Ordinance No.1537;and WHEREAS,Ordinance No.1537 adopted a comprehensive plan for the subject property designating it in the Single Family Residential classification;and WHEREAS,the City Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 11,1987 and adopted formal Findings of Fact and a recommendation that the subject property be zoned in the Multiple Family Low Density classification,subject to a rezone contract; and WHEREAS,the City Council had a public meeting on said zoning classification on August 24,1987 and found that the Planning Commission recommendation was in the public interest; NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The Findings of Fact of the Planning Commission with respect to this case are hereby adopted,and the above- described property is hereby zoned in the Multiple Family Low Density classification,subject to a Concomitant Rezone Agreement recorded in the records of the Snohomish County Auditor. Section 2.The official zoning map of the City of Marys- ville,Washington as adopted in 1972,and Section 5.02 of Ordinance No.772,are hereby supplemented to reflect the zoning classification of the above-described property.
