WHEREAS,on May 11,1987 the Marysville City Council enacted Ordinance No.1540 annexing 125 acres into the City limits.Said property is located in the northeast corner of the City,and its legal description is attached hereto as Exhibit A;and WHEREAS,Ordinance No.1540 adopted a comprehensive plan for the subject property designating it partly in the Single Family Residential 9600 classification and partly in the Single Family Residential 12,500 classification;and WHEREAS,the City Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 22,1987 and adopted formal Findings of Fact and a recommendation that the subject property be zoned consistently with the comprehensive plan;and WHEREAS,the City Council had a public meeting on said zoning classification on October 5,1987 and found that the Planning Commission recommendation was in the public interest; NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The Findings of Fact of the Planning Commission with respect to this case are hereby adopted.The subject property is hereby zoned in the following classifications: a.All that portion lying east of 67th Avenue N.E., and all that portion lying in the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 22,Township 30 North,Range 5 East,W.M.,are hereby zoned in the Single Family Residen- tial 9600 classification. b.All that portion lying in the east half of the northeast quarter of ,Section 22,Township 30 North,Range 5 East,W.M.,are hereby zoned in the Single Family Residen- tial 12,500 classification. A map depicting the location of said zoning classification is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
