AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE AMENDING SECTION
2.24.190 OF THE MARYSVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
REGULAR COURT SESSIONS FOR THE MARYSVILLE MUNICIPAL
COURT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON,DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 2.24.100 of the Marysville Municipal Code is hereby
amended to provide as follows:
Court Sessions.Regular court sessions for Municipal Court
shall be as follows:
Each Wednesday night commencing at 6:15 p.m.
One full-day Monday session per month commencing
at 9:30 a.m.
One half-day Monday session per month commencing
at 1:30 p.m.
Court sessions shall not be held on legal holidays observed
by the City.Special court sessions,as necessary,may be held
at any time,including Saturdays,as determined by the Judge with
the consent of the City Administrator.
