ORDINANCE NO.[7 08'
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE REZONING THE
RIPPER PROPERTY AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED IN ORDINANCE NO.772.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS,Barbara Ripper (hereinafter referred to as "Owner")
owns 2.75 acres of property located one lot west of the southwest
corner of the intersection of 64th Street N.E.and 67th Avenue
N.E.,said property being legally described in Exhibit A attached
hereto;and
WHEREAS,the Owner filed a petition with the City seeking to
establish the zoning classification for said property of Medium-
Density MUltiple-Family under File No.PA 8901005;and
WHEREAS,the City Planning Commission held a pUblic hearing
on said zoning application on June 13,1989 and adopted formal
findings of fact and a recommendation that said rezone appli-
cation be granted;and
WHEREAS,the City Council held a pUblic meeting on said
zoning application on July 10,1989 and concurred with the
findings of fact and recommendation of the Planning Commission;
NOW,THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
section 1.The findings of fact of the Planning Commission
with respect to the above-referenced zoning application are
hereby approved and the above-described property is hereby zoned
in the Medium-Density Multiple-Family classification.
section 2.This zoning classification is subject to the
terms and conditions of a Concomitant Rezone Agreement which the
Owner,or its successor,shall sign within 30 days of the date of
this Ordinance.
section 3.The Official Zoning Map of the City of
Marysville as adopted in 1972 in Section 5.02 of Ordinance No.
772 is hereby amended to reflect the reclassification of the
above-described property.

Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 21,
Township 30 North,Range 5 East,W.M.;
thence northerly along the east line of said section to the
south line of the north 440 feet of the S.E.t,S.E.t of said
Section 21;
thence westerly along said south line to the southeast
corner of the west 300 feet of the east 1050 feet of the
north 440 feet of the S.E.t,S.E.t of said Section 21 and
