AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE REZONING THE
BARTLETT/STANTON PROPERTY AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED IN ORDINANCE NO.772.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS,Jack L.Bartlett,Gary Stanton and Belmark
Industries (hereinafter referred to as "Owner")own 1.76 acres of
property located 500 feet south of the northeast corner of the
intersection of 72nd Street N.E.and 47th Avenue N.E.,said
property being legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto;
and
WHEREAS,the Owner filed a petition with the City seeking to
rezone the subject property from the Single Family Residential
7200 classification to the Multiple Family Medium Density
Residential classification under file No.PA 8904021;and
WHEREAS,the City Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said rezone on June 27,1989 and adopted formal findings of
fact and a recommendation that said rezone application be
granted;and
WHEREAS,the city Council held a public meeting on said
rezone on July 24,1989 and concurred with the findings of fact
and recommendation of the Planning Commission;NOW,THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The findings of fact of the Planning commission
with respect to the above-referenced rezone are hereby approved,
and the above-described property is hereby rezoned from the
Single Family Residential 7200 classification to the MUltiple
Family Medium Density classification.
section 2.The Official Zoning Map of the City of
Marysville as adopted in 1972 in section 5.02 of Ordinance No.
772 is hereby amended to reflect the reclassification of the
above-described property.
section 3.The zoning classification for the above-
described property is subject to the terms and conditions of the
Planning Commission recommendation dated July 11,1989.It is
further sUbject to compliance with the Binding site Plan for

development of said property,a copy of which is on file in the
records of the city Planning Department.
