AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE AMENDING SECTION
19.30.080(a)OF THE MARYSVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO THE LOT COVERAGE RATIO FOR LOTS WITHIN MOBILE HOME
PARKS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
section 19.30.080(a)of the Marysville Municipal Code is
hereby amended to provide as follows:
(a)Lot Coverage.All structures and buildings,
including mobile homes and outbuildings,and any carports,
decks or stairways attached thereto,and all impervious
surfaces such as paved driveways,parking areas,sidewalks
and patios,shall not cumulatively cover more than 60
percent of the total area of an individual mobile/manu-
factured home lot.Provided,that patios,decks and
sidewalks shall not be included in said 60 percent calcu-
lation if a lot is landscaped,on a permanent basis,in a
way which emphasizes the appearance of natural vegetation.
