ORDINANCE NO.I ~11
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE ANNEXING THAT
CERTAIN UNINCORPORATED AREA KNOWN AS THE FRASER
PROPERTY INTO THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,AND ADOPTING A
ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR SAID PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSE
OF ALLOWING THE SAME TO BE DEVELOPED AS CEDARCREST
VISTA MOBILE HOME PARK.
WHEREAS,on October 3,1988 the city of Marysville received
a petition for annexation of certain property described in
Exhibit A attached hereto,said petition having been signed by
the owners of 100%of the assessed value of said property;and
WHEREAS,duly-advertised pUblic hearings were held on said
petition before the Marysville City Council on April 10,1989 and
May 8,1989,and said Council unanimously passed Resolution No.
1361 stating the city's intention to annex the property upon
receipt of a favorable report from the Snohomish County Boundary
Review Board;and
WHEREAS,on July 19,1989 the Snohomish County Boundary
Review Board adopted findings of fact and an order approving said
annexation on the condition that the City also agree to annex the
extension of 67th Avenue N.E.between the Fraser property and the
Plat of Cedarcrest Manor;and
WHEREAS,the City agrees to accept said extension of 67th
Avenue N.E.as part of this annexation;and
WHEREAS,by Ordinance No.1696 adopted by the city Council
on June 5,1989,the city enacted a pre-annexation zoning
classification for that portion of the annexation territory
described in Exhibit B attached hereto,and said zoning classi-
fication becomes effective upon the effective date of this
annexation ordinance;NOW,THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
section 1.That certain property described in Exhibit A
attached hereto,being situated in the unincorporated area of
Snohomish County,State of Washington,and being contiguous,
proximate and adjacent to the present corporate limits of the
City of Marysville,is hereby annexed to and incorporated into
the city of Marysville.
section 2.That certain property described in Exhibit A
attached hereto shall hereafter be assessed and taxed at the same

rate and on the same basis as other property within the city of
Marysville,including assessments or taxes for the payment of its
pro rata share of all of the outstanding indebtedness of the City
contracted or incurred prior to,or existing on,the effective
date of this ordinance.
section 3.That portion of the annexation territory
described in Exhibit B attached hereto is hereby zoned in the
Medium-Density MUltiple-Family Residential classification,with a
mobile home park overlay.The conditions of said zoning classi-
fications are specified in Ordinance No.1696 adopted by the
Marysville City Council on June 5,1989,and are incorporated
herein by this reference.

north line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 22,Township 30 North,Range 5 East,N.M.,inter-
sects the East right-of-way line of 61th Avenue Northeast;
thence westerly along said easterly projection,and along the
North line of said subdivision a distance of 1550 feet more
or less to the Northwest Corner of Lot 6 of the Plat of
Hilton Home Sites;thence southerly along the East line of
said Lot 6 of Hilton Home Sites a distance of 120 feet more
or less to a point which lies 10 feet South of the southeast
