THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS,John Walker owns .75 acres of property located at 1902 Grove Street,said property being legally described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto;and WHEREAS,Mr.Walker applied to the city for a rezone of said property from the Single-Family Residential 7200 classification to the Low-Density MUltiple-Family Residential classification under File No.PA 9003021;and WHEREAS,the City Planning Commission held a pUblic hearing on said rezone application on May 22,1990 and adopted Findings of Fact and a recommendation that said zoning application be granted;and WHEREAS,the City Council held a pUblic meeting on said rezone application on June 25,1990 and concurred with the Findings of Fact and recommendation of the Planning Commission; NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: section 1.The Findings of Fact of the Planning Commission with respect to the above-referenced rezone application are hereby approved and the above-described property is hereby rezoned from the Single-Family Residential 7200 classification to the Low-Density MUltiple-Family Residential classification. section 2.This zoning classification is subject to the restriction that the subject property shall not be developed,or redeveloped,at a density of greater than six dwelling units total. section 3.The official zoning map of the city of Marys- ville as adopted in 1972 in section 5.02 of Ordinance No.772 is hereby amended to reflect the reclassification of the above- described property.
