ORDINANCE NO. 2320
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, WASHINGTON
AMENDING MMC 11.37.040 RELATING TO TOW TRUCK BUSINESSES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. MMC 11.37.040 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
11.37.040 Qualifications.

said yard unless otherwise requested by the vehicle
owner. Repeated losses or thefts of property from stored
vehicles may result in suspension or removal of the tow
truck operator from the police department's list.

Section 2. Except as otherwise amended by this
ordinance, MMC Chapter 11.37 shall remain unchanged.
