WHEREAS, the City periodically reviews and amends its development fees to ensure recovery of the majority of its costs related to construction and development services; WHEREAS, the City in reviewing the proposed fee structure, analyzed time and expenses relating to development review and services, and recommends that the full costs of service, including labor, non-labor, and departmental overhead be recovered from development applications; WHEREAS, following a comprehensive review of the development fees by City staff, recommendations for fee revisions are hereby found to be just and reasonably related to the actual cost of services provided; NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section ]. Chapter 15.12 of the Marysville Municipal Code is hereby amended and shall read as follows: 15.12.010 General fee structure.
