AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON AMENDING
SECTION 14.07.010 OF THE MARYSVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE BY INCREASING
THE WATER SERVICE INSTALLATION FEE ANDTHE DROP-IN METER FEE.
WHEREAS,the Cityperiodicallyreviewsand amendsitsfees and chargesto
ensurerecovery ofthe majorityofitscosts relatedto services;
WHEREAS,followinga reviewof the developmentfees byCity staff,
recommendations for fee revisionsare herebyfoundto bejust and reasonablyrelated to
the actualcost of services provided;
