AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON,
AMENDING MMC 14.07.005 GENERAL FEE STRUCTURE TO INCREASE
THE BANK RETURN ITEM FEE FROM $30 TO $40; AND PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY.
WHEREAS,the City Council ofthe City ofMarysville fmds that from time to time itis
necessaryand appropriate to review and revise the City's GENERAL FEE STRUCTURE;and
WHEREAS,the costs ofadministration andprocessing ofBANK RETURNED ITEMS
hasincreased for the City;
NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I:MMC 17.07.005 is hereby amendedto read as follows:
