Acceptance of Franchise
In accordance with Section 5.73.270 of the Marysville Municipal Code and
subject to Ordinance 2760, constituting a Franchise Agreement between the City of
Marysville ("the City") and T-Mobile West Corporation ("the Company"), the Company
hereby submits this Acceptance of Franchise to the City.
The Company hereby unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with all
terms, provisions, and conditions of the Franchise Agreement and the City'S Wireless
Communication Facility Franchise Regulations, Ordinance No. 2669, Ch. 5.73 MMC.
Enclosed herewith is a certificate of insurance in accordance with Section 7.1 (E)
of the Franchise Agreement.
Also enclosed herewith is the Company's check in the amount of $2,000 in
accordance with Section 1.3 of the Franchise Agreement, which amount is for the City's
costs relating to the issuance and administration of the Franchise Agreement and which is
separate from and in addition to the $5, 000 application fee that the Company submitted
with its Franchise Application in accordance with MMC 5.73.060(1).
The Company hereby certifies that the undersigned is a duly authorized officer of
the Company with the authority to execute this Acceptance of Franchise.

me known to be the Area Director, Engineering & Operations of the corporation that

the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.
