THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON HEREBY AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 2798 AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. In accordance with MMC 2.50.030, the 2010 budget hereby reflect that City employees shall be paid in accordance with the established pay classification and grades or ranges attached hereto and contained in Appendix A of the budget document. Section 2. Except as provided herein, all other provisions of Ordinance No. 2798, shall remain in full force and effect, unchanged. Section 3. The effective date of this ordinance will be January 1, 2010..u":PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this day of--:hnlAa?J ,2010.
