BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Marysville
as follows:
That WHEREAS it was the intention and it was so stated
orally that on appointment of John Jacklin to the office of
Police Justice (Police Judge)that he would not be required to
account to said town for costs collected,but would only report
fines,now therefore it is,
RESOLVED that he be exonerated from the payment to said
town of all costs collected since his appointment,and that he
will not be required to account for same in any way or at all.
