THE THIRTY DAY PERIOD li.'l.VH:G .PASSED ,JITHIH which the im-
provement might have been paid for in cash,and all expenditures
therefor having been made,the date for the issuance of bonds in
Local Improvement District No.44,having been fixed by ordinance,
and it appearing that the total cost of said improvement is the
sum of ~9507.t:,'1,and the amount of cash paid in cash during
the thirty-day period is the sum of ~~.<'19.S-/,leaving a
total of bonds to be issued,the sum of ~~;jot./9
NOd THE3EFORE,IT IS RESOLVED by the Town Council of the
Town of r.:arysville,That the Layor and Clerk are authorized to
issue bonds as aforesaid,to be dated November 8th,1940,and
payable on or before November 8th,1952,with interest at 6%per
annum payable annually,all as provided by law and ordinance
pertaining thereto.
