Upon motion,duly made and seconded reference was mane to
Qtdinance #349 and it was resolved that the Superintendent of streets
be,and he is hereby authorized in his discretion to close any and
all streets in the Town of Marysville to vehicular traffic witb a
gross load limit over Six Tons;wherein the closing of any such
street is necessary for the preservation of the surf'ace of said
street,upon the posting at each end bf the Street that the load
shall not be in the excess of Six Ton,it shall be unlawful at all
times,when said street is closed to drive or operate any vehicle
along such street.
A violation of this resolution shall be deemed a violence of
Ordinance 349 and the punishment of such violation shall be the
same as Ordinance 349.
Adopted February 16, 1948.

pay for the entire cost of such Impr-overaent,except that Five Thousand ($5000.00)
Dollars shall be paid b y the Town of Harysville from the street fund towards the
improvement only of State Street from the North margin of Sixth Street North to
the North city limits of said town,as provided for herein.
3.All persons vho may desire to object to the improvement herein
mentioned are her3by notified to appear at the Council Chambers in the TQ1,JIl Hall,
in the Town of If.arysville,',ashington,at a meeting of the said Council on the
3rd day of May, 1948 at the hour of eight O'clock P.M.of said day,then and
there to present their objections thereto,if any they have.
4.The Town Engineer of said Town of Harysville is hereby directed to
submit to the Town lDouncil,at or prior to said 3rd day of May,1948,the estimated
cost and expenses of the improvement,in this Resolution mentioned,and a statement
of·~the proportionate amount thereof which shall be borne by the property within
the proposed Improvement District;and a statement of the aggregate assessed
valuation of the real estate,exclusive of improvements,uithin said proposed
Improvement District according to the valuation last placed upon it for general
taxation,together Hith a diagram or print showing thereon the lots,tracts or
parcels of land and other property which will be specifically benefited thereby,
and the estimated amount of the cost and expense of sach improvement to be borne
by each lot,tract,parcel of land or other property.
