CLASsIFYING CITY STRYETS.
;.Iiii(EAJ,Chapter 161.,Laws of 1949 (RCV!35.78.010)provides that
each municipal corporation shall classify and designate city
streets as major arterials,secor-dary arterials and access
streets,and

classified as major arterials,$econdary arterials arrl access
streets,and
;;Ht,RFAS,it has become necessary to re-classify ce r-t.a.i n streets,
and
.iHLREAS,tIle City CQ,uncil has considered the street needs of the
City·and has d~termined tne revised locations feasible and de-
sirable for arterial streets to serve as arteries between the
va,rious focal points of:traffic i,nterest b.nd to provide COllllllU-
nications :..ith nther commun.it.Les and with outlying districts,,'
NO,',THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following named street be and
it hereby is design!l-ted as a secondary arterial street:
(1)Cedar Av~nue,from First Street to Grove Street.
A~~Er IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following named streets,
heretofore desi£nated as secondary arterial streets,be and
they hereby are designated as access streets.
(1) Ash Avenue from First Street to Grove Street.
(2) Grove Street from Ash Avenue to Cedar Avenue.
Adopted by the City Council of,the CITY OF ~ARYSVILLE,this
10th day of Jan~ry,1966.
