RESOLUTION,.OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE
ALLOWING BENCHES AND PLANTERS TO BE
INSTALLED ON THE CITY SIDEWALKS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Marysville,Washington:
1.That the M.A.L.L.organization be,and it is hereby
authorized to place benches and planters on the public street~of
the City of Marysville,provided that said benches and planters
shall not contain any advertising material and are solely for the
purposes of beautification,and further provided that there shall
not be any interference or hinderance in the public way of travel
nor any altering of the sidewalks themselves.
2.This permission shall be granted until otherwise
resolved by the City Council of the City of Marysville.
