RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE
DECLARING 'CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY A
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
THE SAME'TO THE STATE OF WASHINGTON
WHEREAS,the City owns certain real property,the des-
cription of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and by this
reference incorporated herein as if fUlly set forth,with which
the City does not have now nor will have in the reasonably fore-
seeable future any pubric use therefor,and the State of Washington
has offered $1,900.00 for the purchase thereof,which is a fair
market value,for the purpose of a highway,and the State of Wash-
ington has the power of eminent domain to condemn the ~ame,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE as follows:
1.That the real property described in Exhibit A is
hereby declared to be surplus property.
2.That the City accept the offer of the State of Wash-
ington for $1,900.00 in exchange for the property described in
Exhibit A.
3.That the Mayor and the City Clerk be,and they are
hereby authorized to execute a Quit Claim Deed as proposed by the
State of Washington as to the said real property in exchange for the
$1,900.00.',

All that portion of the following described Parcel "A"lying Northerly of a line
described as follows:
Beginning at a point opposite Highway EngLnee rIs Station (hereinafter referred to as
H.E.S.)198+50 and 110 feet Southerly when measured at right angles from the centerline
of SR 528,Jet.SR 5 in Marysville to Jet.SR 9;thence Easterly in a straight line
to a point opposite H~E.S.201+50 and 50 feet Southerly therefrom;thence Easterly in
