A Resolution of the City of Marysville author-
izing Councilman Kenneth Baxter to serve as a
volunteer fireman until the expiration of his
term of office on the City Council.
WHEREAS,KENNETH BAXTER is a duly-elected and acting
Councilman of the City of Marysville and is also a volunteer fire-
man for the City Fire Department;and
WHEREAS,the City Council unanimously passed Resolution
No. 821 in 1974 authorizing Councilman Baxter to simultaneously
serve in both capacities;and
.WHEREAS,the present City Council desires to reaffirm
Resolution No. 821 and to extend its application for the full period
of Councilman Baxter's present term on the City Council,

i NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Councilman Kenneth Baxter is hereby author-
iz~d to simultaneously serve as a member of the Marysville City
Council and as a volunteer fireman for the Marysville Fire Department
throughout his present elected term.
"Section 2.This Resolution has received the unanimous
approval of the Clty Council of the City of Marysville.
