A Resolution of the City of Marysville relating to
the six-year street improvement plan.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Marysville,in
accordance with proper notice held on the 28th day of June,1976 at
8:00 p.m.a public hearing with regard to the sixcyear street improve-
ment program;and (•..
WHEREAS,it appearing from said hearing that the plan
satisfies the present needs and those needs of the reasonably fore-
seeable future,and that the plan is in the best interests of the
residents of the City of Marysville,,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE as follows:
1.That the Six-Year Street Improvement Plan submitted
in accordance with the laws of the State of Washingto~be,and the
same is hereby adopted by reference as though fully set forth herein,
and is approved in its entirety.
2.That three (3)copies of the said plan shall remain on
file in the Clerk's Office at all time~"and open to public inspection.
