RESOLUTION NO.8'41
A Resolution of the City of Marysville segregating
certain assessments in ULID #1
WHEREAS,the City of Marysville has established ULID #1
and imposed assessments on all real property located within the
boundaries of said ULID by Ordinance No. 861 adopted on the 14th
day of JUly,1975;and
WHEREAS,certain parcels of real property located within
said ULID #1 have requested segregation of their assessments pursuant
to RCW 35.44.410;
NOW;THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE as follows:
1.Exhibit A attached hereto,and describing certain
parcels of real property located within the boundaries of ULID #1 and
indicating the assessments imposed thereon,are hereby incorporated
'by this reference as though-fully set forth herein.
2. The segregations of the real property proposed in the
above -referenced exhib it are hereby confi rmed and approved,and the
assessments proportionately imposed on the segregated parcels are
hereby confirmed and approved.

3:Upon.being tendered the fee of $50.00 for each parcel
of land segregated herein,the City Treasurer is hereby directed to
con from the assessment roll of ULID #1 to reflect such segregations.
