WHEREAS,the City of Marysville is duly authorized to operate a water utility within and without its jurisdictional bound- aries pursuant to RCW 35A.80.010;and WHEREAS,the City of Marysville has established a water service area outside of its jurisdictional boundaries pursuant to Resolution No. 859 for the purpose of allowing Long range utility and land use planning;and WHEREAS,on March 14,1978,the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board considered a proposed amendment to said water service area,increasing the same,and said Board indicated its approval of the amendment by declining to invoke jurisdiction over the same;and.H r-.' r,",--,WHEREAS,such approval from the Snohomish County Boundary ReviewlB6ard makes it possible for the City of Marysville to extend its'whter utility within the area described in Exhibit A attached he re to ,and .'tp·con~.ec:.t t~7 q?stomers.thereto wi thou~additional and future involvement and'approval'by ·the Boundary Rev~ew Board on a case by case basis ;'NOW,Therefore,''.. t·..,........"....•___ BE IT RESOLVED 'BY !THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, WASHINGTON,AS F9 LLOW§:t;i,~, The·City Council of.the.City of Marysville,with the approval'of tlie"·Snol;10mi'sh County Boundary Review Board, hereby amends its water utility service area by adding thereto the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
