WHEREAS', rece i ved petitions Exhibit A attached owners of not less and BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The above-described property is hereby approved for annexatlon into the City of Marysville and shall be so annexed by ordinance of the City immediately upon receipt of a favorable report from the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board. Section 2. Upon the annexation of the above-described property, it shall be assessed and taxed at the same rate and on the same basis as other property wi thin the City of Marysville "including assessments or taxes and payment of all of the outstanding indebtedness of the City contracted or incurred prior to,or existing at the date of,annexation. Section 3.Upon annexation of the above-described property, the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Marysville,heretofore prepared for the above-described property,shall become the officially adopted comprehensive plan for said property.
