A Resolution of the City of Marysville stating its
intention to annex certain properties into the City
and transmitting the matter to the Snohomish County
Boundary Review Board for approval.
WHEREAS,on the ¥7 i -f·day of October ,1980 the
City of Marysville receive petitions for annexation of the property
described in Exhibit A attached hereto,said petitions having been
signed by the owners of not less than 75%of the assessed value of
said property;and
WHEREAS,a duly advertised public hearing was held on
said petitions b~fore the Marysville City Council on the 8th day
of December,1980,and said City Council was fully advised in the
premises;Now,Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,
WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
.Section 1.The above-described property is hereby approved
for ann exa t i on r.nt o the Ci ty"of Marysville and shall be so annexed by
Ordinance of the City immediatel~upon receipt of a favorable report
from the Snohomish County,Boundary Review Board., J j •

Sec(ion2 ..Upon the annexation of the above-described
property,l t shall ...b e assessed and taxed at the same rate and on the
same basis as o the r-pr oper-t y wi t hi'n the City .of Marysville,including
assessments or .taxes an~payment Of all.6f ithe .ou t s t and i ng indebtedness
of the City contracted oT'incurred prior 'to or existing at the date of,
annexation.

Section 3.Upon an~lx~t·i~n of the above-described property,
the Comprehenslve Plan of the City of Marysville heretofore prepared
for the above-described pro£e!ty"shal~becomekthe officially adopted
Comprehensive Plan for sa id-proper tyvx .:.
Section 4. The City Attorney for the City of Marysville is
hereby authorl.zed to transmit all files in this annexation proceeding
to the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board for consideration;
provided,that the property owners shall be jointly responsible for
any and all costs incurred in this proceeding.
