WHEREAS,a dul y advertised public hearing was"held on said petitions before the Marysville City Council on the 27th day of July, 1981,and said City Council was fully advised on the'premises;NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City pf Marysville, Washington,as follows:•_ Section 1.The above-descrived property is hereby approved for annexatIon Into the City of Marysville and shall be so annexed by ordinance of the City immediately upon receipt of a favorable report from the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board. Section 2. Upon the annexation of the above-described prop- erty,it shall be assessed and taxed at the same rate and on the same basis as other property within the City of Marysville,including assess- ments for taxes and payment of all of the outstanding indebtedness of the City contracted or incurred prior to or existing at the date of annexation. Section 3.Upon annexation of the above-described property, the ComprehensIve Plan of the City of Marysville heretofore prepared for the above-described property shall become the officially adopted Compre- hensive Plan for said property. Section 4. The City Attorney for the City of Marysville is hereby authorIzed to transmit all files in this annexation proceeding to the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board for consideration;provided, that the property owners shall be jointly responsible for any and all costs incurred in this proceeding.
