HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-1021 - Granting Roy Robinson a variance for water and sewer connections outside of the city limits and outside of the utility service area------------------------------- CIT Y 0 F MAR Y S V ILL E Marysville,Washington RESOLUTION NO.(Qq/02/ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE GRANTING ROY ROBINSON A VARIANCE FOR WATER AND SEWER CONNECTIONS OUTSIDE OF THE CITY LIMITS AND OUTSIDE OF THE UTILITY SERVICE AREA ~ \•4.8 acres of real out~ide 6f the City's being generally 33rd Avenue N.E.and WHEREAS,Roy Robinson is the owner of property situated outside of the City Limits and duly adopted Utility Service Area,said property located immediately north of the intersection of 66th Street N.E.,Marysville,Washington;and ..,..,•,' •1 WHEREAS,on August 14,1978,the City Council resolved to grant such utility connections to the subject property,but the owner did not proceed with constructing such connections until the present time;and WHEREAS,in the meantime City utility policies have changed and it is now necessary to obtain a Variance pursuant to Sections l4.04.06l(c)and l4.l4.l85(c)for u~ility connections outside of the Utility Service Area;and WHEREAS,on July 13,1981,the City Council considered the Variance application of Roy Robinson,and entered the following Find- ings of Fact: 1.The applicant has signed a Statement of Intent to Annex to the City of Marysville,with respect to the subject property,as required by the provisions of the Water and Sewer Code. 2.
