A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.1010 RELATING TO THE UTILITY VARIANCE GRANTED TO STERLING ESTATES WHEREAS,on May 26,1981,the City Council passed Resolution 1010 granting a Utility Variance for the installation of water and sewer lines to Sterling Estates,a mobile home park proposed for the east side of 40th Avenue N.E.at approximately l44th Street N.E.;and WHEREAS,Sterling Financing and Investment Corporation has requested that Condition No. 2 relating to project timing be deleted; and WHEREAS,it appears to the City Council that this request is justified by the unusual financial conditions now prevailing for developers,and it further appearing that a timing constraint is no longer needed for the protection of the Marysville sewer lagoon;NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Marysville, Washington,as follows: Condition No.2 of Resolution 1010,passed by the City Council on May 26,1981,and providing as follows: "The project must be phased over a period of not less than 18 months,with no more than 1/3 of the total dwelling units connected to utilities at each 6 month interval." is herebx REPEALED ..,', I-.L PASSE~y r:City Council£~day of f"""~r •..!
