A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE ENACTING CERTAIN
PARKING RESTRICTIONS FORMERLY ADOPTED AS CHAPTER 11.40
OF THE MARYSVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,
WASHINGTON,AS FOLLOWS:
The following parking restrictions are hereby adopted:
1.Columbia Avenue.
(a)Parking on both sides of Coluwnia Avenue between
Eighth Street and Tenth Street shall be angle
parking,except for the loading zone marked in
front of Ebey Arms Apartment.
(b)Parking on both sides of Columbia Avenue between
Second Street and Fouth Street shall be angle
parking and shall be restricted to two hours
between 8:00 a.m.and 7:00 p.m.,except Sundays
and legal holidays.
2.Delta Av~nue.At all times there shall be no parking
of automobiles or any other motor vehicles on either side of Delta
Avenue between the cross streets of Sixth and Ninth Streets.
3.State Avenue.With regard to State Avenue,the follow-
ing parking regulations shall apply:
(a)Parking shall be prohibited on both sides of State
Avenue between the southerly city limits of Marys-
ville north to the railroad crossing.
(b)Parking shall be prohibited on both sides of State
Avenue between Fifth Street and Tenth Street.
(c)Parking shall be prohibited on the west side of
State Avenue in front of the Seattle First National
Bank,415 State Avenue,Marysville,Washington;and
parking shall be prohibited on the east side of State
Avenue between Fourth Street and Fifth Street.
(d)On all other parts of State Avenue parking shall be
restricted to two hours'parallel parking between
the hours of 8:00 a.m.and 7:00 p.m.except Sundays
and legal holidays.

4.Second Street.Parking on the north side of Second
Street,between Delta and State Streets,except for alleyways
and driveways,shall be angle parking.
5.Third Street.Third Street between Columbia and
Alder shall be restricted to angle parking.
6.Fourth Street.With regard to portions of Fourth
Street,the following parking regulations shall apply:
(a)From two-hundred-fifteen feet west of Beach
Avenue to a point which is two-hundred feet
east of Cedar Avenue on the south side of
Fourth Street,there shall be no parking at
any time;
(b)From two-hundred-fifteen feet west of Beach
Avenue to the west side of Delta Avenue on
the north side of Fourth Street,there shall
be no parking at any time;
(c)From two-hundred feet east of Cedar to Columbia
Avenue on the south side of Fourth Street,and
from Delta Avenue on the west side of Columbia
Avenue on the north side of Fourth Street,park-
ing shall be restricted to two hours of parallel
parking between the hours of 8:00 a.m.and 7:00
p.m.daily,except Sundays and legal holidays.
7.Fifth Street.With regard to Fifth Street between
State Avenue and Columbia Avenue,parking on the north side for
three parking stalls on the east end thereof being the easterly
eighty-seven feet less the east nineteen feet thereof,and the
entire south side,shall be restricted to two hours parking
between 8:00 a.m.and 7:00 p.m.daily except Sundays and legal
holidays.
8.Eighth Street.
(a)A school bus loading zone 350 feet long in
front of the cafeteria and gym of Marysville
Junior High School is hereby created on the south
side of Eighth Street between Alder Avenue
and Quinn Avenue.There shall be no parking
'in said zone during school hours,except by
authorized school vehicles.

(b)There shall be no parking at any time on the
north side of Eighth Street for a distance
of sixty-five feet east of the intersection
with Delta Avenue.
9.Ninth Street.All parking on the south side of
Ninth Street from State Avenue to Columbia Avenue shall be angle
parking.
10.Grove Street.The following portions of Grove Street
shall be restricted to two hours of parallel parking between the
hours of 8:00 a.m.and 7:00 p.m.daily,except Sundays and legal
holidays:
(a)The north side of Grove Street from the driveway
of the General Telephone Exchange Building,west
to Alder Avenue;
(b)The south side of Grove Street from the drive-
way of the Pilchuck Apartments,west to Alder
Avenue.
