A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE STATING
ITS INTENTION TO ANNEX THE FRIZZELL &DURANT PROPERTY
INTO THE CITY AND TRANSMITTING THE t~TTER TO
THE SNOHOMISH COUNTY BOUNDARY REVIEW BOARD FOR
APPROVAL
WHEREAS,on the 17thday of September,1983,the City of
Marysville received a petition for annexation of the property des-
cribed in Exhibit A attached hereto,said petition having been
signed by the owners of not leSS than 75%of the assessed value of
said properties;and
WHEREAS,'a duly advertised public hearing was held on
said petition before the Marysville City Council on January 23,
1984,and said City Council was fully advised in the premises;
NOW,THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYS-
VILLE,·WASHINGTON,AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The above-described property is hereby approved
for annexation into the City of Marysville and shall be so annexed
by ordinance of the City immediately upon receipt of a favorable
report from the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board.
Section 2.Upon the annexation of the above-described
property,it shall be assessed and taxed at the same rate and on
the same basis as other property within the City of Marysville,
including assessments for taxes and payment of all the outstanding
indebtedness of the City contracted or incurred prior to or exist-..,
ing at the date of annexation ..'
Section 3.Uponlannexation of the above-described prop-
erty,the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Marysville heretofore
prepared for the above-described,property shall become the official
adopted Comprehensive Plan for said property.

Section 4.Annexation of the above-described property
will be conditioned upon execution by the owners of an agreement to
participate in,and not to protest,the formation of a Local Improve-
ment District for reconstruction of 47th Avenue N.E.from the ter-
minus of L.I.D.No. 62 to the north boundary of the Durant property.
Section 5.The City Attorney of the City of Marysville
is hereby authorized to transmit all files in this annexation pro-
ceeding to the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board for consider-
ation;provided,that the property owner shall be responsible for
any and all costs incurred in this proceeding.
ADOP~by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this

Township 30 North,Range 5 East,W.M.,lying easterly of Allen
Creek as presently located,except County Road;
TOGETHER WITH:
All that portion of GoYernment Lot 3 and the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 33,T.30 N.,R.5 E.,W.M.,described as follows:
