A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE SEGREGATING
CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS IN ULID NO. 1
WHEREAS,the City of Marysville has established ULID
No.1 and imposed assessments on all real property located within
the boundaries of said ULID No.1 by Ordinance No.~6/_adopted
on the 2.S't day of ;:jM.ly ,19 75";and
WHEREAS,certain parcels of real property located within
said ULID No.1 have requested segregation of their assessments
pursuant to RCW 35.44.410 and Section 3.60.140 of the Marysville
Municipal Code;NOW,THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
1.Exhibit A attached hereto,and describing certain
parcels of real property located within the boundaries of ULID No.1,
and indicating the assessments imposed thereon,is hereby incorporated
by this reference as though fully set forth herein.
2.The segregations of the real property proposed in
the above-referenced exhibit are hereby confirmed and approved,and
the assessments proportionately imposed on the segregated parcels
are hereby confirmed and approved.
3.Upon being tendered the fee of $10.00 for every
assessment unit created by this segregation,and payment by the
applicant of the actual engineering costs incurred by the City in
connection with this segregation,the City Treasurer is hereby
directed to conform the assessment roll of ULID No.1 to reflect
such segregation.
