Home My WebLink AboutR-1148 - Stating its intention to annex six (6) parcels of property owned by the City for Municipal purposes......., CIT Y 0 F MAR Y S V ILL E Marysville,Washington RESOLUTION NO.JI~~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ~~RYSVILLE STATING ITS INTENTION TO ANNEX SIX (6)PARCELS OF PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES WHEREAS,on September 10,1984,the City of Marysville resolved to initiate annexation proceedings for the following parcels of property owned by the City and used for municipal pur- poses: 1.Edward Springs Reservoir (legal description attached as Exhibit "A"); 2.Highway 9 Well Site (legal description attached as Exhibit "B"); 3.Lake Goodwin Well Site (legal description attached as Exhibit "C"); 4.Standpipe at the intersection 100th Street and 64th Avenue N.E.(legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "D"); 5.Sunnyside Wells No.1 and No.2 (legal description attached as Exhibit "E");and 6.Sewer Pump Station Site at the intersection of 51st Street and 122nd Avenue (legal description attached hereto as Exhibit"tlF"). WHEREAS,a duly advertised pUblic hearing was held on said annexations before the Marysville City.Couric i-L on September 24,1984,and said City Council was fully advised in the premises; NOW,THEREFORE, ••BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~ffiRYS- VILLE,WASHINGTON,AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The above-described properties are all owned by the City of Marysville and are used for municipal purposes.This annexation may proceed pursuant to RCW J5A.14.300 . Resolution - 1 .. • f Section 2.The above-described properties are hereby approved for annexation into the City of Marysville and shall be so annexed by ordinance immediately upon receipt of a favorable report from the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board.
