HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-1164 - Segregating certain assessments in ULID No. 7CIT Y 0 F MAR Y S V ILL E Marysville,Washington RESOLUTION NO.1/1"~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ~mRYSVILLE SEGREGATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS IN ULID NO.7 WHEREAS,the City of Marysville has established ULID No.7 and imposed assessments on all real property located within the boundaries of said ULID No.7 by Ordinance No.adopted on the lv~EREAS,certain parcels of real property located within said ULID No. 7 have requested segregation of their assessments pursuant to RCW 35.44.410 and Section 3.60.140 of the Marysville Municipal C9de;NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, WASHINGTON,AS FOLLOWS: 1.Exhibit A attached hereto,and describing certain parcels of real property located wi thin the boundaries of ULID No.7 and indicating the assessments imposed thereon,is hereby incorporated by this reference as th6ugh fully set forth herein. 2.The segregations of the real property proposed in the above-referenced exhibit are hereby confirmed and approved,and the assessments proportionately imposed on the segregated parcels are hereby confirmed and approved. 3.Upon being tendered the fee of $10.00 for every assess- ment unit created by this segregation,and payment by the applicant of the actual engineering costs incurred by the City in connection with this segregation,the City Treasurer is hereby directed to conform the assessment roll of ULID No. 7 to reflect such segre- gation. ~1_ADOPTED ~the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor thisx..=-day of t-LPR.IL-.,1985.
