A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE STATING ITS
INTENTION TO ANNEX THE WITHERS PROPERTY INTO THE CITY
AND TRANSMITTING THE MATTER TO THE SNOHOMISH COUNTY
BOUNDARY REVIEW BOARD FOR APPROVAL.
WHEREAS,on April 24,1989 the city of Marysville received a
petition from W.T.Withers,Larry Trivett,and Mr.and Mrs.
Steven Cox for the annexation of certain property located west of
75th Avenue N.E.and south of 60th Street N.E.,said property
being legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto;and
WHEREAS,said petition was signed by the owners of not less
than 75%of the assessed value of the above-described property;
and
WHEREAS,a dUly-advertised public hearing was held on said
petition before the Marysville City Council on June 26,1989 and
said City Council was fully advised in the premises:NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYS-
VILLE,WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The above-described property is hereby approved
for annexation into the City of Marysville and shall be so
annexed by ordinance of the city immediately upon receipt of a
favorable report from the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board.
Section 2.Upon annexation of the above-described property
it shall be assessed and taxed at the same rate and on the same
basis as other property within the City of Marysville,including
assessments for taxes and payment of its pro rata share of all of
the outstanding indebtedness of the City contracted or incurred
prior to or existing at the date of annexation.
Section 3.Upon annexation of the above-described property
a Comprehensive Plan will be simultaneously adopted designating
said property in the Single Family Residential 12,500 classi-
fication.
Section 4.The city Attorney is hereby authorized to
transmit all files on this annexation proceeding to the Snohomish
County Boundary Review Board for consideration:PROVIDED,that
the property owners shall be responsible for any and all costs
incurred in this proceeding.

That portion of the N.E.1/4 of Section 35,
T.30N.,R.5E.,II.M.,County of Snohomish,State of
Washington being all of Lots 12, 13,36,37,60, 61,84,
85 and a portion of Lot 108 of the Plat of Sunny Side Five
Acre Tracts as recorded in Volume 7 of Plats,page 19,
records of Snohomish County,IIashington,and also the
rights-of-ways lying adjacent thereto,more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the N.1/4 corner of said Section 35,
T.30N.,R.5E.,II.M.;
thence southerly along the west line of the N.E.1/4 of
said Section 36 to the extension of the north line of said
Lot 108;
thence continuing southerly along said west line to the
extensIon of the south line of the north 140 feet of said
Lot 108;
thence easterly along said south line to the east line of
the west 460 feet of said Lot 108;
thence northerly along the east line of the west 460 feet
of said Lot 108 to the north line of said Lot 108;
thence eas ter ly along the north line of said Lot 108 to
the N.E.corner of said Lot 108;
