the Marysville city limits,it will provide recreational oppor-
tunities for City residents, and may eventually be interconnected
with City parks.Such a concept is in the public interest and is
hereby endorsed by the Marysville City council.Consideration
should be given to joint use of the railroad right-of-way for
the installation of underground regional water pipelines.
