TO THE SEWER MORATORIUM FOR THE SLEASMAN PROPERTY.

WHEREAS,the City Council entered the following Findings of
Fact:
1.The septic system at the SLEASMAN property has failed
and is irreparable.A letter from the Snohomish Health District

a potential for pUblic exposure to sewage.Said conditions are
causing a health hazard.

the SLEASMAN property on GIst Drive N.E.Connection to a sewer
main will require an extension of the sewer main from Oakwood

nificant organic loading will be discharged into the system.
