WHEREAS,the City of Marysville has established and imposed assessments on all real property located the boundaries of said LID No.~by Ordinance No. adopted on the 4th day of December,1989. WHEREAS,certain parcels of real property located within said LID No.~have requested segregation of their assess- ments pursuant to RCW 35.44.410 and Section 3.60.140 of the Marysville Municipal Code;NOW,THEREFORE,I BE IT RESOLVED BY.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON,AS FOLLOWS: 1.Exhibit A attached hereto,and describing certain parcels of real property located within the boundaries of LID No.~and indicating the assessments imposed thereon, is hereby incorporated by this reference as though fUlly set forth herein. 2.The segregations of the real property proposed in the above-referenced exhibit are hereby confirmed ·and ap- proved,and the assessments proportionately i~sed on the segregated parcels are hereby confirmed and approved. 3.Upon being tendered the fee of $10.00 for every as- sessment unit created by this segregation,and payment by the applicant of the actual engineering costs incurred by the City in connection with this segregation,the City Treasurer is hereby directed to conform the assessment roll of LID No.63 to reflect such segregation.
