RESOLUTION NO.1562'
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIANCE FOR PROPERTY OWNED
BY ALLEN CURRIER/GREYSTONE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS.
WHEREAS,ALLEN CURRIER/GREYSTONE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
owns certain real property located on the east side of 67th
Avenue N.E.across from the intersection of 60th Place N.E.and
67th Avenue N.E.in the City of Marysville;and
WHEREAS,ALLEN CURRIER/GREYSTONE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
applied to the City for a Conditional Use Permit to construct
four duplexes on four subdivided lots in an area zoned RS-9600;
and
WHEREAS,the City Hearing Examiner held a public hearing on
June 25,1992 and adopted Findings of Fact,Conclusions and a
Recommendation approving the Conditional Use Permit and variance
SUbject to ten conditions;and
WHEREAS,the City Council held a public meeting on said
Conditional Use Permit on July 27,1992 and concurred with the
Findings of Fact,Conclusions and Recommendation of the Hearing
Examiner;NOW,THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
1.The Findings of Fact,Conclusions and Recommendation of
the Hearing Examiner with respect to the above-referenced
Conditional Use Permit under File No.PA 9204015 is hereby
approved.
2.The Conditional Use Permit and variance for the above-
described property shall be perpetually conditioned upon strict
compliance with each of the conditions set forth in the
Recommendation of the Hearing Examiner.Violation of any of the
conditions of said decision may result in revocation of the
Conditional Use Permit and variance or enforcement action being
brought by the city.
3.This decision shall be final and conclusive with the
right of appeal by any aggrieved party to the Superior Court of

Snohomish County by Writ of Certiorari,writ of Prohibition,or
Writ of Mandamus within fifteen (15)calendar days after the
passage of this resolution.
