CITY OF MARYSVILLE Marysville,Washington RESOLUTION NO./77:k A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE STATING ITS INTENTION TO ANNEX SIX PARCELS OF PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES. WHEREAS,on November 6,1995 the City of Marysville resolved to initiate annexation proceedings for the following parcels of property owned by the City and used for municipal purposes: 1.Edward Springs Reservoir (legal description attached as Exhibit A) . 2.Highway 9 Well Site (legal description attached as Exhibi t B) . 3.51st Street Pump Station Site,east of 51st Avenue N.E., south of 123rd Place N.E.,north of 121st Street N.E.,and west of 54th Drive N.E.(legal description attached as Exhibit c). 4.Stillaguamish River Future Well Site (legal description attached as Exhibit D) . 5.Island Crossing Lift Station Site (legal description attached as Exhibit E) . 6.Kellogg Marsh Reservoir Site (legal description attached as Exhibit F). WHEREAS,a duly-advertised public meeting was held on said annexations before the Marysville City Council on November 6,1995, and said City Council was fully advised in the premises i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The above-described properties are all owned by the City of Marysville and are used for municipal purposes.This annexation may proceed pursuant to RCW 35A.14.300. Sect ion 2.The above -described properties are hereby approved for annexation into the City of Marysville and shall be so annexed by ordinance immediately upon receipt of a favorable report from the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board. Section 3.The City Planner of the City of Marysville is hereby authorized to transmit all files in this annexation proceeding to the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board for consideration.
