WHEREAS,the owners of two-thirds of the property abutting the portion of the street to be vacated did petition or support the petition to the City Council for the vacation of the follow- ing described street: See attached Exhibit A which is incorporated by reference NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS: That the City will be compensated for the street vacation; and That the city Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider the vacation of the above-described street at the regular meeting of the City Council to be held on the 12th day of August,1996, at 7:00 p.m. PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this ~c?!.day of July,1996.
