A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE
DELETING TWO HOUR PARKING ZONES ON
VARIOUS CITY STREETS.
WHEREAS,Marysville Municipal Code 11.16.010 authorizes the City
Council to establish regulatory signs and zones for parking and use of the public
right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the
citizens and businesses of the City to delete two hour parking restrictions on
various City streets; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following two hour parking restrictions are hereby deleted
a.Cedar Avenue 600 Block (east side).
b. Columbia Avenue 200 Block from 2nd Street to Alley
(both sides) and 800 Block (east side).
c. Eight Street 1500 Block (both sides).
d. Grove Street 1700 Block (both sides).
e. 76th Street, State Avenue east to 4300 Block (north side).
f. First Street, all spaces on the north side between State Avenue
and railroad tracks, except the six spaces located in front of
the south entrance to J.C. Penney's.
2. All regulatory signs and street markings that are inconsistent with this
resolution are hereby repealed.
