A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE DECLARING CERTAIN CITY-
OWNED REAL PROPERTY SURPLUS TO THE NEEDS OF THE CITY AND
DIRECTINGTHE SALETHEREOF.
WHEREAS,the City is the owner of the following-described real property:
All that portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 27, Township 30 North, Range 5 East,W.M.,in Snohomish
County,Washington,described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northeast quarter;Thence South
84°26'06"East along the North line thereof 652.45 feet to the Northwest corner of
said Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter;Thence South 04°48'04"West
along the West line thereof 37.81 feet to the South margin of Armar Road; Thence
South 84°46'36"East along said margin 317.38 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence South 04°49'34"West 218.00 feet; Thence South 84°46'36"East 253.55
feet to the centerline of Munson Creek; Thence Northerly along said centerline to
the South margin of Armar Road; Thence North 84°26'06"West along said margin
to the True Point of Beginning;EXCEPT that portion conveyed to Snohomish
County by deed recorded under Recording Number 2185735;
ALSO KNOWN AS portions of Lots 1 and 2, Snohomish County Short Plat

Situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington.

Commonly known as 6208 - 76th Street NE,Marysville,WA 98270.
hereinafter the "Surplus Property";and
WHEREAS,the City Council finds that there is no current or future use to which the City
intends to put the Surplus Property;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,
WASHINGTON,AS FOLLOWS:

The Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer or their designee is authorized to use
whatever means they deem most reasonable to market the Surplus Property to accomplish the sale
thereof.
The Surplus Property described above shall be sold subject to entry into a real estate
purchase and sale agreement approved by the City Council.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this).7~ay of February,
2006.
