A RESOLUTION OF rns CITY OF MARYSVILLE DECLARING CERTAIN
ITEMS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING
THE SALE OR DISPOSAL THEREOF.
WHEREAS,by determination ofthe City's Information Services Department,the
following list of equipment is no longer compatible with the City's technology infrastructure.
WHEREAS,the following list of equipment and software has reached the end of its'
usefullifecycle.
WHEREAS,the following hardware,as identified, is considered hazardous waste and
must be disposed of either though hazardous waste recycling or resale with a signed
understanding of eventual hazardous waste disposition.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
The items of personal property listed below are hereby declared to be surplus and are of no
further public use or necessity.
Qty.Description
34 PCs and Servers with 1.7GHz Processors or Older
9 Laptops with 1.06GHz Processors or Older
40 17" CRT Monitors
The City is hereby authorized to sell or dispose of the above referenced items in a manner which,
by the direction of the Information Services Manager, nets the greatest amount to the City.
