A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE DECLARING
CERTAIN ITEMS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS
AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OR DISPOSAL THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,
WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
The items of personal property located at 1035 Stave Avenue, old Skippers Leased
Property listed below are hereby declared to be surplus and are of no further public use
or necessity.
Description Disposition
Anchor Sign Turned over to the City in bankruptcy. No use to the City (SurplUS)
All kitchen equipment and food prep items Turned over to the City in bankruptcy. No use to the City (SurplUS)
Dining room furniture, fIXtures, and service items Turned over to the City in bankruptcy. No use to the City (Surplus)
The Mayor or his designee is hereby authorized to sell or dispose of the above
referenced items in a manner which in the discretion of the Fleet and Facilities Manager
nets the greatest amount to the City using James G. Murphy as Auctioneer.
The Mayor or his designee is hereby directed to create a detailed inventory of the
personal property from the Skippers Restaurant to be auctioned by James G. Murphy,
and such inventory shall be brought to Council for specific declaration of surplus of the
items listed therein prior to auction.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this a ~ day of
