Home My WebLink About10/24/2022 - Relinquishing Interest in Rucker Building to Snohomish County NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE MARYSVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to RCW 39.33.020 that the Marysville City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 24, 2022 at 7 p.m. as part of its regularly scheduled City Council meeting at Marysville City Hall, 1049 State Avenue, with a virtual option via Zoom. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding a potential agreement to relinquish and convey the City of Marysville’s interests in the property located at 3020 Rucker Avenue, Everett, WA 98201 (Snohomish County Parcel No. 00437572002200), to Snohomish County. This property is commonly known as the “Rucker Building.” The Snohomish Health District is transitioning its public health services to Snohomish County. The County has requested that cities that have participated in the Health District relinquish and quit claim any potential interest they have in the Rucker Building to Snohomish County, so that the County can continue to use the building to provide health services to the residents of Snohomish County.
